I called Doctor Appliance from a google search along with a few others. Ilya called me right away and walked me through the problem and suggested on how I might fix it myself and for backup scheduled to come the next day. I was able to fix it on my own, after opening a few panels. It is fixed and they would not accept a payment. Some of the other companies I called wanted money up front to book an appointment to look at it, with no discussion before they came. I highly recommend using Doctor Appliance Halifax. Now looking back I think that was an excellent choice I made. Ilya and Sergej showed up the next day and inspected the dishwasher. Turns out it was fine in the end but they also gave me some helpful tips around dishwashing. What I really liked is that they also took in the other appliances I had and were able to fix some of the problems I had just get used to living with. Very attentive guys. The other problems were fixed 2 days later to my great satisfaction. I highly recommend calling them if you have trouble with any of your appliances. These guys are very friendly and knowledgable, have an awesome response time and really listen to what you tell them. This will be my Go To from now on. It was the only business where I spoke directly to the repair technicians as opposed to a secretary. He was very familiar with my washer issue. The other businesses only wanted to book an appointment which was a few days away.
